Marshall joined 国产情色in 2007. He is a Partner of the Firm for Comvest Private Equity, Comvest鈥檚 private equity strategy, and serves as a member of the Investment Committee for Comvest Private Equity. Marshall is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, executing and monitoring private equity investments.
Prior to joining Comvest, Marshall held Senior Associate and Associate positions at Crossbow Ventures and TD Capital, where he focused on investment analysis and execution as well as on portfolio company development for both investment firms. Before that, he was an Analyst at TD Securities in the Structured Finance and Credit Asset Management groups.
Marshall received an M.B.A. from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a B.S. in Finance from Boston College, where he graduated summa cum laude.
